I am pleased to say that the northern end of Westfield Avenue will be resurfaced tomorrow.

To resurface this part of the road, Surrey County Council will close Westfield Avenue from David Lloyd to Kingfield Road between 7.30 am and 5.30 pm on Tuesday 14th May.

The rest of Westfield Avenue was resurfaced a couple of years back, but the northern section was not – and it has fallen apart since then. I have been pushing the County Council to repair this section for sometime, and thankfully the Council was given extra funding to repair roads which have suffered damage due to bad weather.
