GolDev and Wayne Gold are proposing another plan to redevelop the Kingfield Road and Westfield Avenue area around Woking Football Club.
The plans are a lot smaller than the previous scheme, with 168 new flats and townhouses. The proposal does not include a new stadium or stand for the football club, and David Lloyd would stay where it is. However, Wayne Gold has said GolDev will make a financial contribution to a new west stand.
